Double grill charcoal smoker with heat indicator and front hinged door. Converts easily to a charcoal grill. Separate base pan design for easy set-up. Two chrome-plated steel grills for 50 lb. cooking capacity. Wooden handles, porcelain coated steel water pan and aluminized steel charcoal pan. Available in Black or Green.

    Took several days to put together and to get all the right things to buy to make the first meal. It was a long process to brine, get the right chips of wood but the meal was delicious! If you have enough time on your hands or the correct materials needed for the cooker, it would be great!

    My name is JEM the cowboy cook. Ive been using a charcoal Brinkman smoker for over twenty years. That's how long my first one has lasted. I just bought my second one and have already cooked my first bristket on it. it turned out perfect. Gave some to my neighbor and he wanted to know how I got the brisket so tender. I just said it was all in the cooker. I was not given anything by anyone to write this review. Also, I have taken ny old Brinkman to our cabin in the hill country to use there till it is unuseable. I haven't found anything I don't like about a Brinkman. It is so easy to use. You can cook anything from brisket, sausage, chicken, turkey, ribs, shish-ka-bobs, to grilled steaks and veggies. Just put it on and leave the rest to your Brinkman. Why it's even easy to put together.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
