Adjustable side air vent on fire box and smokestack damper combine to regulate heat and smoke. Large firebox for longer cooking times and converts easily to a grill for cooking smaller meals. The firebox also features a handy warming tray on top for warming side dishes. The vertical cooking chamber has a large front door for easy access to food and incorporates a built in rod for hanging large cuts of meat. Features two temperature gauges, rust resistant steel cooking grills for easy clean up, hinged firebox door for removing ash, chrome handles that stay cool, extra large steel condiment tray for large platters, storage rack for fuel, grease hole in cooking chamber to allow drippings to flow into a grease can and tough extra large heavy duty wheels and end handle for easy movement.
