Third, time your cooking for the best taste. Load Bradley Flavor Bisquettes according to the length of time necessary to smoke your food. Bradley Flavor Bisquettes burn for 20 minutes and then extinguish. This assures a clean smoke flavor, the secret to great food-smoking. The Bradley Smoker will operate unattended for up to 8 hours.

If you really want a good electric smoker, let me recommend this Bradley smoker. Real easy to operate. Good results. Could may be have a remote control. Non-the-less overall, I am very pleased with it. Keep on Smokin.

Tried our first smoked meat yesterday, a marinated flak steak. Smoked for 3 hours ar 200 deg F using Hickory pucks. Turned out great. The Bradley is easy to use and is a welcome addition to our deck.

Received the cooker on Thursday. Set it up in half an hour. Cooked four 8 pound pork shoulder roasts and served pulled pork for 60 on Saturday. Worked great. No hassles. Minimal Cleanup.

Q1: Is there an electrical component with this smoker to feed the briquettes?
A: Yes, there is an electrical component that feeds the briquettes every 20 minutes.
Q2: How can the temperature on this item be regulated with the unit unattended?
A: There is a heat control on the Bradley Smoker. If you slide the dial all the way to the left you can do a cold smoke. If you slide it all the way to the right it will heat up to 320. You can control the temperature with the dial.
Q3: Does this item rely on the briquettes for heat, or is there a place to burn charcoal or wood?
A: The Original Bradley Smoker can only be used with the briquettes. There is a dial on the Smoker that controls the heat
Q4: How long does each bisquette burn?
A: Our supplier has stated all Bradley Smoker models are designed to burn each bisquette for 20 minutes - at which time they are automatically replaced with a new bisquette.
