This is my forth one and would never be without for smoking ribs and other beef /pork productts. I use to have two, one other for fish, but now I have your black long barrel with side smoker box & chimney for whole fish and long items. The cost is minimal and the products are great for
back yard smoking.
I have been smoking for 39 years and am known by my friends for great tastes....
One item that should be included is a long handle internal scraper for keeping it cleaner from build-up. Wish the racks were teflon or porcelon coated, non sticky.

It worked great. It was a gift for my father because he loves to grill and always wanted to try smoking but didnt want to buy the big grill attachment. He loved this, perfect size smoker. It is easy to use and easy clean up. Its gives the food such great flavor. I highly recommend it.

Q1: Can I also use wood chips?
A: Yes you can use flavoring wood chips in this item.
Q2: How big of a turkey could this smoker handle?
A: The smoker can hold up to a 25lb Turkey. When cooking a turkey on an electric smoker, we recommend between 12 to 17 pound turkeys. This is only because turkeys take longer to cook than some other meats because of the size.
Q3: I have lost my instruction/reciepe book for my Brinkmann model 810-70-80-K, how can I order one?
A: We don't have the recipe book alone available but the manufacturer does have recipes listed on their site - http://brinkmann.net/Information%20Center/Recipes.aspx - and you may be able to reference/find a favorite.
