I ordered this grill(Stainless Water Smoker Model #5028/5029) when my smoker arrived I was very happy until I started to assembly it, that is when I found out there were missing parts, such as the Handle Brackets (stanless)3 of those, some of the bolts (stainless)it should have had 18 of them and there was only 16, it was suppose to come with 2 hickory chunks and they were missing. I think someone did a very poor job checking to make sure all parts were there before it was shipped to me. I like the Stainless Smoker but I am very disappointed that someone at your company would let something like this happen to a coustomer. To have paid over $200.00 for the smoker I had very high expections about ordering it from your company. That was a very disappointing to me when it arrived. Just call me a very unhappy and disappointed customer. Did not check the Pros: because I have not had a chance to use my smoker, was planing to use it tonight for a big party I had planned, and now no smoker to cook all the food on for tonight. How would you feel if a company did you this way? I am going to tell all my friends about how good the Stanless Grill look on my deck. When I get a chance to cook on it I will let them know how my food look and taste. But right now I will leave that blank until I get my parts and cook some food.
