This is a versatile smoker/BBQ capable of cold or hot smoking and is perfect for slow, low temperature roasting.
This package includes a 60-piece variety pack of Bradley Flavor Bisquettes, featuring Alder, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, and Special Blend. Alder and Maple have a distinct, rich flavor that is perfect for seafood, ham or bacon. Hickory has strong flavors usually used for beef or pork. Apple and Cherry are sweeter and milder, and are ideal for poultry and wild game.
To produce the bisquettes, the hardwood chippings are bound together using precise quantities, at controlled pressures and densities from chippings of the natural hardwoods and fruitwoods. By this method, their burning behavior remains consistent and predictable. Furthermore, by limiting the combustion time to 20 minutes for each bisquette on top of the electrically heated element, the chippings produce clean, continuous smoke at a consistent temperature. These two factors eliminate the guesswork and uncertainty from smoking food, giving you perfect results every time you smoke.

The Bradley Smoker means all flavor and no fuss! All it takes is three simple steps and you are on your way to delicious smoked meats:
1. Load your food. Use pork, poultry, beef, fish and other seafoods or vegetables. You can even use the Bradley Smoker to smoke nuts and cheeses or to dry fruits.
2. Choose your wood flavor and load the electrically heated smoking element.
3. Time your cooking for the best taste. Load Bradley Flavour Bisquettes according to the length of time necessary to smoke your food. Bradley Flavour Bisquettes automatically load and burn for 20 minutes and then extinguish. This assures a clean smoke flavor, the secret to great food-smoking. The Bradley Smoker will operate unattended for up to 8 hours.

l'm used to cooking on a smoker that holds over 1000 lbs. of meat at a time. this little smoker is trouble free and great for cooking up to 80 lbs. at a time. The cook time is a bit longer when the smoker is full but like l said, it's great for every day use on the front porch.

A: Our supplier has stated all Bradley Smoker models are designed to burn each bisquette for 20 minutes - at which time they are automatically replaced with a new bisquette.
