            I bought my smoker already put together on the floor. I have had several smokers. The metal is thin on this one but I seasoned it as the book says and I was smoking on it that day and the next. Iwas experimenting so I cooked, ribs, whole chicken, brats and italian sausage, and a salmon. Chicken and ribs were absolutely great. Easy to use. I think its a fantastic buy and product.

              Upon receipt of the smoker, which was well packaged, we had no trouble with assembly. The manual has a few problems, but nothing one cannot figure out. The metal gage is thin and allows the smoker doors to close improperly. The door latches are weak. The stainless burners are flimsey. This unit wil have to be pampered, kept inside, and well maintained or the thin gage metal will rust out in a season or two.

              Our family smokes a lot of different things. Last year we wanted to do a large turkey in our old smoker and we couldn't fit it in, however, this November we will have maybe 2 large turkey's in our new sturdy smoker! We love it!
