The Smoky Mountain Premium 38 in. Vertical LP Gas Smoker with two External Drawers Wide Body is your solution for large-scale long-form meat preparation at home. This extra-large version of the popular Smoky Mountain LP Gas Smoker provides even more room in which to apply the unique heat-control properties of gas-powered smoking to your precious preparations.

The wide body smoke has 1,576 square feet of primary cooking area, spread across 5 height-adjustable chrome-plated cooking grates, and a meat hanger. The wood chip box and water pan are accessed via 2 separate drawers, conserving internal heat and minimizing interference while making adjustments during the smoking process. Inside these two drawers is a porcelain-coated steel water pan and grease pan and a heavy-duty steel wood chip box with lid providing you ultimate control over the flavor and density of your smoke. The entire primary cooking box is sealed with a Sure-Loc magnetic door closing system.

Simply connect a standard LP tank to the included regulator mechanism, ignite the flame via the onboard rotary igniter, and control your heat level with the front door temperature gauge. The top chimney and side damper vents feature plastic tab guards for total adjustability, and the cast brass burner distributes heat reliably and evenly across the unit. The entire smoker rests on wide-stance legs and features huge side carrying handles so you can place it where you want and be sure that it'll stay.
