Went looking for a Grilling Smoker on line and found yours, [...] carries them ,liked the thick quality of the Steel,the indiviual cast iron grates.the easy to ajust dampers.I've smoked a turkey for thanksgiving on it with great results.Burgers/Steaks/Dogs for my kids and grand kids with plenty of room on the grill.My wife love the way the Smoked Sammon on the Cedar Plank comes out great.The only change made was added a temp gauge to the firebox just to help check to see if the need to add wood with out having to open the lid.Great Grilling Smoker

Once you figure out the adjustments you have to make for this unit it works very well with ease. Dont give up we tried 3-4 times before we got it right, we thought the same now we have extra holes in our grill... What we did, took off the side rack (condiment) mounted it on the existing wall of our patio next to smoker/grill next we slid it in with ease, after that it all went into place and works very well... It holds up to 50lbs., with ease. I smoked a turkey using the rotisserie unit, the wt., a lil tricky we had to play with it, and finally figured it out.. We have the side fire box unit as well attatched worked well with it in place.. I placed a pan of water in for smoking and indirect heat from fire box.. I have done chicken and duck in this same manner turned out very well.. Very even cooking, You may want to put a drip pan under the turkey or whatever your rotissering/smoking... Infact we bought two of them... Very easy to clean unlike alot of others. Holds the meat in place very well.. Before you give up try to make a few altered adjustments, which is just taking of your side condiment rack mounting it somewhere close to the smoker/grill, for added condiment counter and your hooks for your grilling needs.. Just a suggestion that worked for us... I have had this for 1 year now, and love it.. The added feature to the smoking and grilling experience..

This thing is awful! It barely had enough power to turn 2 chickens. The way the counter weight is setup won't work with the off set fire box.

This was a thorough waste of money, and now I have two holes to patch in my smoker.
