This easy-starting charcoal tower takes the guesswork and trouble out of getting the grill going. Simply load the top part with Bull mesquite charcoal, load the bottom with something combustible (but not too much, so you make the call) and let'er rip. In short order, your coals will be smoking hot and ready to be positioned strategically underneath your grill according to what you're cooking. A little tip, direct heat isn't the best thing; you want the grill to cook your food, not the coals. With this in mind, leave the coals around the perimeter and cook in the center. That one's on us.
