Primo - Oval Charcoal Smoker / Grill

Working on the same centuries-old technology as the Primo Kamado, the Primo Oval gives you all the same fine features with a larger cooking space. Made of a tough, durable ceramic, it keeps heat inside and radiates it thoroughly, sealing in the juices to keep meat tender and moist. It does not burn hotter; it just burns better. Overcooking your meal will be truly difficult. It cooks while being cool to the touch on the outside, too.
Employing a unique firebox and grate design, this grill enables you to cook different foods at different temperatures at the same time. Porcelain coated grill grates are closely spaced, ensuring delicate foods like vegetables and seafood stay above the flame. You will find foods grilled on other grills come out bland by comparison. There are other ceramics out there, but this is the best. Comes with instructional CD-ROM.
NOTE: The Oval uses ONLY natural wood charcoal. Different from commercially processed charcoal, natural wood charcoal burns much more evenly, and at a better temperature for this type of cooking. Commercially processed, pressed or treated charcoal IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH THE KAMADO. Natural wood charcoal is easily found at most major national hardware stores and home centers.
