With a mixture of stainless steel and high-temp powder coating the Bayou Classic hybrid grill is one of a kind. The boxed-lid design is tall and allows for maximum utilization of the cast iron grate (914 sq. inches) even when the lid is closed. This grill also has "no heat" spring handles when you get ready to take a peek under the hood, and that's just the start. The adjustable charcoal rack allows you to fine-tune your meat. Raise it up to sear your steak or lower it while you're smoking in the flavor, and keep an eye on the built-in thermometer. This grill also had adjustable air vents on the left and right sides, and a unique self sealing top with the smoke vent located along the top of the back. A removable condiment tray holds your utensils and favorite spices & sauces. Oversized removable ash pan for easy cleaning, quiet rubber tires, and adjustable foot pads for leveling.
