This is a great grill. I bought this same grill almost 15 years ago & are still using this same grill. I grill all year long several times every month and are extremely very happy with this product. The only negative thing that I have about this grill & it is a big negative one, is the fact that for emptying the ashes, it is pain for unlike many other grills, it does not have a drawer to pull out which would make it much more easier. Instead, you basically have to lift out the charcoal rack after it is not hot any more & cooled off to empty the ashes into whatever you have. Other than that, this is great great grill & I do highly reccomend this grill to anyone.

Incorrect parts included, had to purchase additional parts to complete assembly.
Very difficult to move, have to lift with the small and flimsy side shelf.

I received my grill on Tuesday and my nephew and I put it together today. The directions were useful but did not give you instructions on all the parts, but since I had a smaller grill like this large one, we used it to set up the parts the directions were not complete on. I do have 2 complaints but they are minor and I will call CS about those issues for resolution.

Product arrived in decent shape. Had a few issues with lid and main body all due to mishandling. Luckily I was able to fix them quickly with a hammer and 2x4 remnant. This seems a common issue with this model. The grill is over 100 lbs. so it can be a bit awkward for some. The manufacturer should add a surrounding layer of foam and a reinforced box. I would pay an extra five bucks for that to know it'll show up in better shape. Otherwise Chargriller grills are heavier gage than others that look similar. My last one stayed with us for 8 yrs. And I used it 2 to 3 times a week. Good product.

This is my second grill of this design and combination, was very happy with the first one but it seems like the quality has gone down, cover doesnt close securely so you lose a lot of smoke, also it seems less durable, ans a lot of the parts were chipped and dented when it arrived but the company assures me they will make it right, other than that it is by far the best grill I have evrr had
