Description

This is a great grill. I bought this same grill almost 15 years ago & are still using this same grill. I grill all year long several times every month and are extremely very happy with this product. The only negative thing that I have about this grill & it is a big negative one, is the fact that for emptying the ashes, it is pain for unlike many other grills, it does not have a drawer to pull out which would make it much more easier. Instead, you basically have to lift out the charcoal rack after it is not hot any more & cooled off to empty the ashes into whatever you have. Other than that, this is great great grill & I do highly reccomend this grill to anyone.

The grates are too small and kept falling into the fire. We had to struggle and try to bend the bottom part of the grill in to keep them in place.

Incorrect parts included, had to purchase additional parts to complete assembly.

Very difficult to move, have to lift with the small and flimsy side shelf.

    wow what a smoker! for the price I am very pleased with this bbq smoker. not too bad to put together either, actually put it together alone. gave it a quick hot burn to season it, now shes ready for some meat, BBQ Pit Boys style. izz gud!.. [...] she works just fine.

      WE'VE HAD A SMALLER GRILL LIKE THIS THAT HAS LASTED ALMOST 15 YEARS. SEVERAL TIMES MY HUSBAND SAID HE WISHED HE COULD FIND A LARGER ONE. LARGE ISN'T THE WORD TO USE WITH THIS GRILL, I WOULD SAY MAGNIFICENT, HUGE, AWESOME!! DOES TAKE TWO TO PUT IT TOGETHER, I WOULDN'T EVEN TRY TO DO IT ALONE. IT MAKES OUR OLD ONE LOOK TINY. VERY HEAVY AND REAL QUALITY IN A CHARCOAL GRILL. I BELIEVE AT OUR AGE IT WILL BE THE LAST ONE WE NEED TO BUY. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY IT'S ON CLEARANCE BUT IF YOU'RE HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS GRILL, STOP RIGHT THERE AND BUY IT. YOU WON'T BE SORRY. EVEN IN WISCONSIN WE GRILL ALL YEAR LONG.       I should have listened to others comments about the grates falling into the hot coals. Heat appears to make sides of grill 'bow out' and leaves just a fraction of needed support of grates. I have had food ruined by falling into coals

          Q1: What are the actual dimensions of the cooking surface in length, wide, depth?

          A: The Outlaw provides 1000 square inches of BBQ grilling and smoking space. The cooking surface dimensions are 37.5L x 20W x 20D inches.

          Q2: I don't see a drip pan for smoking on this unit. Is it done some other way or do I need to buy additional pieces of equipment?

          A: There is a clip that comes with this unit that you attach to a soup can that catches the grease drippings.
