This great electric grill is easy to move and has lots of great features! The Meco Deluxe Electric Cart Grill has 200 square inches to usable cooking surface, thermostatic controls, and variable 1500-watt, UL-listed heating element specifically designed for barbecuing. There are three element positions including vertical for indirect rotisserie cooking. Grill features an on/off light, heat saving reflector pan, and a handy grease pan. This sturdy cart has square-tube legs, handy, fold-away wooden side tables, a sturdy wire lower shelf and it is safe for outdoor cooking. The hood and bowl are pre-assembled. Standard 120-volt grounded plug.

I love this grill. It's the closest thing to a gas grill. The outdoor George Forman grill pales in comparison. It's amazing. Someone gave me this grill (not as a gift). It was brand new and they had no use for it. When I saw how much it sold for I was so excited. It did not have a brand name on it and no papers or instructions.
I love it but don't know how to clean it.

This was bought to replace the EXACT same model grill which we have had for two years. My husband installed the new grill on the old stand. He was totally disgusted with the quality of what should have been an IDENTICAL stand. We paid for the combo grill/stand. If we had known we would not use the stand we would have bought the much cheaper table top model. Also, the box was a MESS when delivered. ONE flimsy piece of tape holding the top and bottom shut. The bottom was three fourths of the way split open. With the weight of the product, we would maybe expect decent packing? MAJOR disappointment -- expect far more from Hayneedle!

SO FAR I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS
WITH CHICKEN AND STEAK.MY ONLY COMPLAINT SO FAR IS CLEANING THE PAN-IT IS A BIT OF A PROBLEM REMOVING IT TO CLEAN AND GETTING IT BACK IN PLACE.

Grilled nicely and tasted like charcoal, but I went through a couple of electric innards in two years and the material is not real sturdy. If you can afford buying parts a lot, buy it. But not for me...I will probably get a Weber.

We've had this grill for 2 years, living in apartment that does not allow gas or charcoal grilling due to fire codes, this was an ideal grill to have. Although not big enough for a crowd, it's great for smaller entertaining and everyday cooking, which we do alot in the summer. WE highly recommend it.
