Grill
This electric portable grill is great for any area where gas or charcoal is not an option. Over 180 square inches of cooking space can handle enough food for three or four people. The heavy-duty stainless steel rod cooking grates retain heat and create perfect sear marks. The aluminum heat retention liner keeps the heat from escaping and helps to provide an even cooking temperature.

Comments about Weber Q 140 Electric Grill:
I live in a condo -- on the beach is good, no open flames allowed is not-so-good. So, I've gone through a couple of electric grills. I had a Meco. It worked, but not hot enough to sear. By the time the steak looked seared it was past well done.
I got the Weber electric, and have been very impressed. When cooking steaks, the steaks sizzle and smoke the entire time they are cooking. It heats up in just a few minutes and it's ready to go. Turn the steaks a quarter turn after two minutes to get the great cross-hatched sear pattern.
As with any covered grill, you have to keep the top down to keep the heat in and you have to let it heat up 10 minutes or so. The times to cook are just a bit longer than gas or charcoal, but the steaks still come out great.
