A state-of-the-art infrared rear burner with heavy-duty motor rotisserie capable of turning over 100 lbs. will roast a chicken to perfection. A smoke ejector system with oversized wood drawer and 7,000 BTU U-burner under the grates allows for cold smoking capability and all the BBQ you can eat! There are 542 square inches of cooking surface area at your disposal plus a removable warming rack. This is an absolutely stunning piece that's build of 304 series 18-8 stainless steel from top to bottom. The handy, easy to maneuver cart adds 12-inch wide side tables to either side and features double doors that make for convenient access to your fuel source or even dry goods.
