The holes on the right and left panel assy(D-E. Did not line up, I had to redrill the panels, in order to have them flush with the cart front panel(F). In order to assy the body assembly (A).

i bought so i would not have to put my large grill on the deck. the cover lasted a couple of weeks and fell appart no service parts available. not enough heat to sear steaks and heat veries from front to back. i had my local shop make me a new cover.

Q1: Does this need to be assembled?
A: There is some minor assembling require. It comes with the necessary screw driver, nuts and bolts and is very simple to do.
Q2: Does this grill come with casters?
A: Yes, it has four casters underneath the bottom cover piece.
