If you consider 40,000 BTUs from the grill and 10,000 BTUs from the side burner to be more than you need, think again. This combo of size and power will have food preparation at your small gatherings and large summer block parties going smoothly as a quality silken tofu - which is certainly an option here, but we recommend a more carnivorous selection of burgers, brats, and birds. An electronic ignition ensures a quick start every time, and the large, tough wheels allow for quick and easy removal once the grilling is done. The only shortcoming would be surprise thunderstorms and the grill's incompatibility with the indoors. But really, that's up to you.
