The instructions on how to put together were vague and the pictures were not clear but It took me about 2 hours to put together alone. I did end up with the heat shield as an extra piece(no bolts left or holes to put in). Used it for the first time and it was wonderful. Barely took any time to preheat and got smokin' hot. Even cooking didn't stick to coated grates. Side burner makes it nice to cook the whole meal all together and not heat up the house on a 85 degree day. Very fast shipping too. Hopefully I can get 10 years out of it at least.

THERE ARE DEEP SCRATCHES ON THE HOOD, CONTROL PANEL, SIDE BURNER SIDE TRAY. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CONDITION IT WAS DELIVERED IN - THE HOOD WAS SO BENT OUT ON ONE SIDE THAT I CAN'T EVEN ATTACH THE WARMING GRILL!!!
ALSO THE ENTIRE GRILL BOTTOM WAS COVERED IN A STICKY OILY SMELLING GOO - OF COURSE YOU DON'T REALIZE HOW BAD IT IS UNTIL YOU GET ALMOST TO THE END OF PUTTING IT TOGETHER WHEN YOU SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THE CONSTRUCTION IS - THERE ARE WRINKLES ON ALL OF THE SEAMS!!

the grill arrived with dents in it and rust.. i called them up and customer service was amazing.. Fedex was here the next day and they promptly refunded my credit card... I would order again from them but not a bbq...

I've assembled a number of different grills over the years, so the instructions being vague at places wasn't too much of a problem. Once it was together I was impressed with the size and quality for what I paid.

I have been looking for a great priced grill for over 6 months on hundreds of websites. This grill was actually easy to assemble after step 2 and just took some common sense to put it together. All in all a great product
