About the Weber Genesis S-320 Gas Grill


This stainless steel grill will crank out the BTUs. Its 507-square-inch main cooking area features 42,000 BTUs of power, and a side burner adds another 12,000 BTUs to make boiling, frying, and sauteing easy. Three stainless steel burners, 7mm-diameter stainless steel rod cooking grates, and stainless steel Flavorizers enhance cooking capability and flavor. A warming rack brings the total cooking area up to 637 square inches. Easily control the heat with the three control knobs. This unit comes in either propane or natural gas.

    There's no need to think twice. Weber Genesis S-330 is the one to keep forever, and it will last that much. This is NOT a Chinese made junk! 2011 model's front burner, sear station is great and it's worth every penny. [...] Don't waste your money on other gas grills, You will end up replacing them many times. For the quality and your enjoyment, it's not that expensive. My guests are impressed with my new Weber. Just get this and you are done!

          This was my first Hayneedle purchase and no doubt will not be my last. [...] all in all a very positive buying experience. The assembly was not too difficult.. though the diagram could be clearer for a couple of the steps. I am not a handy person but was able to assemble it in a couple of hours, and had no extra pieces at the end! And, it works!!

          Q1: How do I clean my Flavorizer Bars for my grill?

          A:  Maintaining your Flavorizer Bars is simple and easy. Regularly doing the burn-off/brush routine should keep your Flavorizer Bars clean. Start by doing a burn-off (turning all burners on high for 15 minutes with the lid closed) before or after grilling. (If you have cast iron grates, remove before burning off.) This will turn the accumulated debris on your Flavorizer Bars into ashes. Then when the grates are cool, lift them out and brush off the bars with a brass brush.

          If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, take the bars out of the grill, put them in the sink and clean with some soapy water and an SOS pad. If using dishwashing liquid in the water, do not use anything lemon-or citrus-based. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry. Do not let them drip dry, as this may cause them to rust prematurely. We do not recommend putting Flavorizer Bars in the dishwasher. The amount of debris they release may cause your drain to clog.

          Q2: What is the hole for, in front of the grill?

          The ignitor button fits in the hole located on the front panel of the grill.
