About the Weber Summit S-450 Stainless Steel Gas Grill

This stainless steel grill offers versatility and power. Inside, four stainless steel burners ignite individually via Snap-Jet ignitions and crank out nearly 49,000 BTUs. One of the side tables opens to reveal a 12,000-BTU side saute burner. Spit cooking and smoking are made easy with the 10,600-BTU rotisserie and 8,000-BTU smoker box. A 110-volt motor evenly turns the rotisserie spit. Outside, the stainless steel lid and cabinet add an appealing shine to your patio. A light on the grill handle illuminates your cooking surface after dark.

My only fault with the grill is the location of the smoke box. Due its location on the right side of grill, it allows smoke to escape thru the rotisserie shaft's hole. I would have placed the smoker box towards rear of grill, allowing the smoke to pull thru grill. Other than that, I've been extremely impressed.

I've used the smoker, IR, rotisserie, indirect and/or direct searing for ribs, pulled pork, steaks, veggies, fish, chicken and even pizza. Still learning but works great! Use the larger wood chips, once they start smoking, turn of the burner below. Much better quality than my last grill. [...]
