The infrared burner conserves more fuel and cooks faster than typical tube burners, sealing in juices for a restaurant-style sear. This heavy-duty stainless steel grill features a tightly sealed, wind-resistant lid that won't budge in the parking lot or at the lake. A tube burner and sear plate produce a consistent heat and reduce flare-ups, and foldable legs and a lockable lid make it easy to store.
