The planks is nicely made with sturdy stainless steel and angular handles. We have not use it yet but will try it when guests are coming at Christmas. I believe it will extend the life of the cedar plank and reduces the incidence of flare-up. It also makes a good serving tray. I will also try to cook shrimps and veggies on it without the cedar planks. Also the price is very reasonable at GrillsDirect.com with super fast free shipping.
