Q1: I have a question regarding your "Lodge Camp Dutch Oven Charcoal Chimney Starter" $17.50 on pans.com. Does the charcoal slide out the bottom when you lift the charcoal chimney straight up -OR- is the bottom fixed so you pour the charcoals out the top of the chimney? Thanks;
A: The Lodge chimney starter had a bottom about two inches above the base of the starter. Therefore you would need to dump the coals out after you have them lit.
