To use, simply soak the planks in water for an hour, then spread over ready-to-cook coals or place within your smoke box, then let the planks begin to smoke. Experiment by soaking these wood planks in wine or other liquids to create unique BBQ flavors. Wash in warm soapy water and rinse to reuse planks.
