These 6 wood planks in cedar, alder, cherry, maple, white oak, and hickory will give your beef, poultry, pork, fish, and other grilled foods lip-smackin' smoky flavor. To use, simply soak the planks in water for an hour, then spread over ready-to-cook coals or place within your smoke box, then let the planks begin to smoke. Experiment by soaking the wood planks in wine or other liquids to create unique BBQ flavors. You can reuse these planks by washing them in warm soapy water, then rinse.
