That means it's thick, sturdy and soft to the touch. The polyester is +40 UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) treated to resist fading and fabric breakdown due to extended ultraviolet light exposure. It is then finished with a PVC coating for optimal weather resistance come wind, rain or snow. All seams are double-stitched for an added defense against the elements. The cover attaches securely to your grill with Velcro straps and features a back vent to provide proper airflow, reducing the possibility of damaging moisture build-up. Convenience hasn't been forgotten either  two top handles make for easy removal and there's a durable fabric loop for hanging it up when not in use.
