It features an adjustable silicone depth gauge that ensures consistent placement for better accuracy. The probe itself folds and locks at multiple angles and locks flat for easy storage. The temperature range is phenomenal, reaching from 60 to 550 Fahrenheit or 51 to 288 Celsius, modes that can be toggled between at the press of a button.

My husband opened his gifts Christmas morning and right away took the Bull Thermometer out of its packaging and went right to the kitchen to check on his prime rib roast! Pushed aside his old thermometers and used his brand new Bull one!!! FYI: prime rib was AWESOME!

Nice item and it came quickly. However, it was sent Fed Ex and I had to be home to sign for it. Fed ex delivers between 9 and 5 - so I had to stay home all day and wait or pick up at a Fed ex site 24 hours after attempted delivery. Therefore I missed getting the item in time for my holiday dinner party. Not happy!
