I've got the large Primo, AWESOME! The temp it registers is extremely accurate but... I like to go inside my nice air conditioned house and watch TV during the hours it takes to smoke a roast. It is so great to look at the remote and know if a critical adjustment for air is needed. Grab a new beer, tweak air flow and back to the game.
