received my grill by fedx at 10am . Directions were fine, I have worked with much worse. the packaging was very good. No 2 parts touched in the box and nothing was loose and rattling around. Set up took less than an hour. had the cooking grate seasoned and was cooking lunch before noon. Lid is just warm when internal temp is above 500. very well engineered and not outrageously heavy . I am very pleased.
