After 20 years using a gas grill, I am so pleased with my purchase of this Kamado Kooker! I was able to assemble it myself, the only tool necessary a philips screwdriver. It is solid and rolls around easily. I have grilled everything from hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, romaine lettuce, and even a pizza so far and am so impressed with the results! The lid to mine arrive dented. I sent an e-mail with attached photo of it to customer service, and they took care of it without any problem. I had a new lid a week later. Happy, happy with my Big Red!
