This grill also features a 7,000 BTU dedicated burner for a flawless smoke that makes use of an oversized wood chunk drawer filled with your favorite flavor enhancing chips. Oh, but the variety of infrared cooking styles doesn't stop there! Grilling is great for beef, smoking is great for pork and chicken, but the richest flavor comes from a slow-roasted rotisserie. The ALX2 houses an 18,500 BTU infrared rear burner and full rotisserie powered by a built-in motor that slowly turns your bird on a heavy-duty spit so it cooks perfectly all the way around.
