By integrating the Sear Zone with 27,500 BTU ceramic burner and U-grate you not only make professional grill markings a possibility, but you also enhance the flavor of every dish you create. Searing is a process of flash-caramelization that seals in juices that would otherwise drip away, lost to the pits below. The result is a tastier, far more succulent feast than you ever thought possible. With a grill this size, expect to leave a lot of people very well satisfied!

This 56-inch grill is made from heavy-duty 304 commercial grade stainless steel with polished accents that look mesmerizing under that summer sun. Raise the hood and you'll find 770 square inches of actual grilling space plus a removable warming rack. Two high-temperature stainless steel main burners are capable of producing up to 55,000 BTUs of heat so you can grill a large serving of meat and veggies thoroughly and quickly. But if time isn't a factor and you're looking for some full flavor, perhaps the smoker is more your speed. This grill also features a 7,000 BTU dedicated burner for a flawless smoke that makes use of an oversized wood chunk drawer filled with your favorite flavor enhancing chips. Oh, but the variety of infrared cooking styles doesn't stop there! Grilling is great for beef, smoking is great for pork and chicken, but the richest flavor comes from a slow-roasted rotisserie. The ALX2 houses an 18,500 BTU infrared rear burner and full rotisserie powered by a built-in motor that slowly turns your bird on a heavy-duty spit so it cooks perfectly all the way around.

And let's not forget about sides, a 17,000 BTU side burner with wind-resistant recessed design makes it possible to saute or boil your favorite appetizers and side dishes without having to run back inside to the kitchen stovetop. This means more time outdoors, even after the sun goes down! The Alfresco ALX2 boasts built-in dual high-intensity halogen work lights so you have a clear view of every sizzling portion.
