nice product sturdy. packaging is bad. thin styrofoam doesnt protect it very well had to reship twice but hayneedle was great and we finally got one that wasnt dented,

The overall look is just fine if they were to arrive "not damaged". We sent them back and reordered 3 times, each time they arrived very promtly and when they said they would, however each and every one was damaged. The last set that arrived my husband and our contractor was able to "fix" some what, but when you are paying good money they should arrive perfect! We called and told the operator our concerns and asked if we could have a discount because of the headaches but we told that that was not possible.

I like the product; it looks great and the price was reasonable. [...] There is a problem with the supports for the drawers. As you open the drawers, there are brackets that support the drawers to prevent up and down movement to allow the drawers to open without colliding. The weld at/near this location is insufficient and broke with only one use. My drawers subsequently collide and I have to open them slowly to prevent rubbing and further damaging the interior components. Since the drawers are now permanently mounted into a masonary bar, I cannot return them. It's going to cost me about $300.00 dollars to hire a welder to come to my house and spot weld the drawyers. I Like the look of the product but it doesn't live up to it's expectations.
