I went on this website looking for a good outdoor built in refrigerator since I'm looking to build a grilling island. If you look closely at the picture, it shows a stainless steel aluminum flange thus showing that the refrigerator can be built in. So I ordered it, like anyone else would. When it came in and I looked at the manual, the 1st line said "This refrigerator can not be used to be built in and can only be freestanding." Don't be mislead like I was. Take this seriously into consideration when ordering this product. Other than that the refrigerator has plenty of room and looks to be durable. I couldn't tell you how good it runs because I never took it out of the box.

Q1: Bull outdoor refrigerator manual says do not install as a built in and needs 5 inches of space on sides and back for ventilation. Keep out of direct sunlight. Is this a viable outdoor fridge? All photos show as built in, even though instructions contradict this?
A: The refrigerator will be fine outdoors as long as you follow the instructions of leaving the item out of direct sunlight and allow 5 inches of space for ventilation.
Q2: What is the power source? Is it battery?
A: The power source is plug in. Any regular outlet will work.
Q3: Does this refrigerator have a lock on it?
A: Currently this product does not come with a lock.
Q4: Can this be left out in weather below 35 degrees?
A: This should be brought inside in temperatures dropping below 35 degrees.
Q5: Can this be built in?
A: This cannot be built in, it needs ventilation.
