            [...] I have used it once to booil maple sap which eventually becomes maple syrup. The thermometer supplied with the unit is inaccurate, showing water boiling at about 230 degrees F. There was difficulty threading hose from propane tank into the burner unit casting. Threads needed to be cleaned up.
